Your safety is our priority. Every SnowTop property is personally managed and inspected, and we build safety into each stay from booking through checkout.

In every home

• Working smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors
• Fire extinguisher and a stocked first-aid kit
• Clearly posted emergency exits and local emergency numbers
• Exterior lighting and secure, keyless entry

Booking & payment safety

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• We will never ask you to pay off-platform or by wire transfer. If someone does, it is a scam — please report it.
• Every listing is a real property we manage directly, with accurate photos and details.

Beach & lake safety

Our homes sit near Cape Cod's beaches and New Hampshire's lakes. A few reminders for a worry-free trip:

• Swim near lifeguarded areas when possible and never swim alone.
• Keep a close watch on children in and near the water at all times.
• Check tide charts and local advisories before heading out; conditions change quickly.
• Wear a life jacket when boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding.
