We want everyone to be able to find, book and enjoy a stay with us. We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site doesn't meet all of it yet; this page says where it falls short.

Known issues

These are the problems we know about and are working on:

  • The date pickers on property pages and in search can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. You can book by phone or email instead.
  • Physical access details for each home (entry steps, a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, grab bars, distance from parking) aren't published yet.

The homes themselves

Access differs from home to home, and we haven't published the details for each one yet. Before you book, ask us and we'll walk you through a home's entrance, stairs, bedrooms, bathrooms and parking so you can decide with the facts.
