Meet Maxwell and his mom
We're a family, not a management company. We own our three homes, two cottages in Dennis Port on Cape Cod and a lake house on Hermit Lake in Sanbornton, New Hampshire, and when you message us you're talking to us.
How this started
We had a beach house that sat empty most of the year. My mom suggested we try renting it out. I was skeptical, but we gave it a shot.
Guests liked having a place that felt like a home instead of a hotel, being able to text us when they needed something, and our recommendations for where to eat and which beaches weren't too crowded. So we added another home, then another. We grew up spending summers on the Cape and weekends at the lake, and we only rent out places we'd want to stay in ourselves.
