Our two-bedroom cottage on Captain Chase Road sits in one of the best spots in Dennis Port, a short walk or drive to Nantucket Sound beaches. The house has that classic Cape Cod feel. Lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and a layout that just works. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up some fresh seafood from the harbor (or just make pancakes for the kids). The living room opens right up to the backyard where you can fire up the grill and eat outside. Both bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Good beds, blackout curtains if you want to sleep in. Nothing fancy, just well done. But honestly, the location is the real star here. You're close to Nantucket Sound's public beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is right there if you want to bike, and Dennis village has great restaurants and shops within reach. We've hosted families, couples, and friend groups here for years. People keep coming back because it just feels like home.
