Your Own Cape Cod Beach House in Dennis Port

This is the kind of place where you wake up, grab your coffee, and head out for a beach day in your flip flops. Our two-bedroom cottage is in Dennis Port, a 3-minute walk from the beach on Nantucket Sound. The house has that classic Cape Cod feel. Lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and a layout that just works. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up some fresh seafood from the harbor (or just make pancakes for the kids). The living room opens right up to the backyard where you can fire up the grill and eat outside. Both bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Good beds, blackout curtains if you want to sleep in. Nothing fancy, just well done. But honestly, the location is the real star here. You're close to Nantucket Sound's public beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is right there if you want to bike, and Dennis village has great restaurants and shops within reach. We've hosted families, couples, and friend groups here for years. People keep coming back because it just feels like home.

    Great stay in Dennis Port. Walkable to a small beach, a great diner (Sailing Cow), and an ice cream joint. 15 min drive radius to more great restaurants and ice cream. Accommodations were solid for family of 4 and plenty of fans to keep pretty cool in summer.

    lovely location close to great restaurants, fun activities etc. the highlight was the lovely beach within walking distance. the house itself is very clean and convenient. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. would definitely book again the next time we are in Cape Cod
